Refund policy

Online returns must be placed within 7 days of receiving your order. All orders must be returned in original condition with no defects. 

When returning an item, please use a secure delivery method to ensure it arrives safely, and include your order number inside the package. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable and the return shipping of items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Matcha Pandas is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, incorrect/incomplete addresses, refusal of package pickup after shipment.
